Oyster Plates and Platter Service

A rare set of 12 ceramic oyster plates and a platter from "Chantilly Longchamps" , a French earthenware with green and white slip decorations, often topped with a glossy finish. These plates are designed with indentations for oysters and a space for lemon or sauces, reminiscent of seafood services.
The decorations are often Rococo or Baroque, with braided and shell motifs.
